The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They analyzed my water sample, helped me find what I needed and they weren’t pushy on the sales side as I had a couple of the chemicals already. I will definitely be using Leslie’s going forward.
5/23/26 - I want to tell you about what a fantastic sales rep/employee Leslie's Pools has in Jathaniel at 7454 Tidewater Dr, Norfolk, VA 23505. My wife and I visited today and that young man is what you want in every employee! I can't say enough about his kindness, knowledge, temperament and professionalism. I was so impressed that I'm writing this review which, to be honest, I don't think I've ever done before. Super impressed with this young man. If I had a business I would steal him from Leslie's Pools...that's no joke.
Great pool supplies at a fair price I was a novice when I walked and left feeling very confident in my ability to care for our pool five star service from start to finish the staff is amazing
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a pretty good selection of pool supplies and accessories.
Does anyone on staff actually know what they are talking about? They need more training before they give advise. 🫡
