They tried to be helpful.
Maria did a stellar job of helping me get the right things to clear up my pool, which was the things of nightmares. I thought that I would have to give up on it and just get a new one. It had mustard algae, and my pump was going out! I am happy to announce that it has since been cleared up, and the new pump is amazing. I can actually swim in it, which is great since it has been so hot this week. If it wasn't clean by now, I would have been a couch potato. Thank you, Maria! You are my pool's hero!!!
They had one person working. Probably can’t hire.
While the young girl was really nice & informative. The guys there can definitely use some etiquette training. Saying that she stole your job in front of customers is not okay, belittling your coworkers is never cool. Also upselling I get it but when you don’t even know what the product does & you’re selling it . Not cool
