The free water test, personable and knowledgeable staff are what get me in the door. Prices are much higher than competition, but I can always find what I need.
Gotta say these folks are good, nice, helpful, informative and informed. Been going here for about four years, they are willing to listen when you've read something half cocked online and when needed they offer suggestions to assist me down the rabbit hole without judging! Prices are reasonable, products are good and they stand behind what they carry well after its reasonable warranty time.
First, they sold me the incorrect chemicals when we tried doing it ourselves. They then recommended a pool cleaning service company, ‘The Pool Guyz’ that does not have a business license number, no website, no recourse for the awful job they did. They replaced our pool pump and left an underground pipe unsealed and severed the circulation. Thanks so much to Misty at Folsom Leslie's pool. She went above and beyond to fix our pool sweep and she did it right away even though she was very busy. And the price was awesome. It's nice to have somebody with such excellent customer service. You rock!
