We had a leak with the piping for our pool system due to a filter line/ plug that was no longer used. One of the plugs started leaking. Leslie’s came out the next day. Alex was our technician. He was great and very informative on the repair. He also asked us a question.. Like how often do we clean your filters? Every season or when we had an issue with the water balance, I said. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. He called a supervisor and got authorization to honor a sale price that had ended early. I appreciate their kindness.

Terrible. Last year I drove 33 miles to the nearest Leslie’s to purchase a pool sweep and was talked into a Polaris because of the rebate, after I purchased the Polaris I had a go around with the store about the rebate for about a week, long story but the information given to me about the rebate could not be registered from my home computer, going back to the store 3 more times and was promised I would receive my rebate………it has been about 10 months and I have yet to receive my rebate.
