Kathy is so amazingly knowledgeable.
Absolute worst customer service at this location. Phone just rings ,no answer and when you go there they are worthless to help with anything.
Terrible customer service. “ I can’t help you I have too many customers” instead of let me finish with them and I’ll assist you in a minute. They need serious training, it has happened twice in less than 2 weeks.
Please help your staff out and get new computers, I have tried to get chemicals twice now and the employee can never check out because she’s on the phone with tech support all the time over those fossil computers. Time to upgrade! Other than that no complaints.
