First time at this location and WOW! I’ve had plenty of questions at a different location after being a first time hot tub owner. Misty was amazing and gave me the best explanation on what I need to do weekly to keep our hot tub good. Wish I came to this location sooner! She even took the time to write out directions for each product. Great customer service!
I have been coming to this store for over FIVE YEARS. Why? Because of the amazing staff. Their knowledge. Their charm. Their willingness to go above and beyond always. NOW THEY ARE ALL QUITTING DUE TO TOXIC LEADERSHIP kn the district manager level. This team had worked lean and mean for years now.
