Went to Tinley Park the store to have water tested from my hot tub, been having issues maintaining water balance. Martin tested my water sample & then spent time with me to explain my water issues & recommend proper chemicals. He then gave me a detailed printout of steps to follow based on my hot tub, it’s size and my water test results. Amazing customer service, can’t get that personal service from an internet search. Loyal Leslie’s customer from now on.

Great staff! Especially young lady named Layla!!!!! She’s the best and my “Go To” for my above ground pool needs. I came in last week with phosphate issues and she was very kind and helpful and took her time with my needs, even when the store was starting to get busy!! Seems stressful situation to me but she and her coworkers handled it like champs and were patient with everyone. This week now my pool water test was 100%!!!! So happy!!!! Keep up good work Leslies in Tinley!!!!!!
