Debbie is speedy and helpful. As soon as I walked in she said, "I'll be right with you," and promptly emerged from the back of the store. She analyzed my water and told me exactly what was needed, and what I needed to do. She told me and pointed where in the store to find everything. They had everything I needed on hand. The store is well lit and shelves are labelled and priced. The temperature of the store was warm on a cold day. Nice experience. I will be back.
Never will go back to this store again . Cstomwr service is terrible. Blonde lady with accent is rude and mouthy . My husband and I usually go here for our pool supplies. Last time about a week ago, we went in to buy supplies. The brown haired girl with glasses was on the phone at the counter. We were standing there waiting to pay . She never acknowledged our presence and ignored us like we weren’t there . Word in my area is that this store is horrible but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt! BIG MISTAKE! Customer service is awful! Blond hair lady testing water is beyond rude and unfriendly! Guy who works in back gave wrong instructions for adding chemicals which caused cloudy water for days. They told me to add salt when I know it wasn’t needed! Went to another Leslie store the same day and my salt level was perfect according their testing.
