Sold a pool pump that the electrician stated wasn't correct. Brought it back next day in box, with receipt. Rude blonde lady instantly stated it was their policy to not return motors. No where does it state that on their receipt and upon googling I see that Leslie's does accept pool motor returns. Then Johnathan the guy who normally helps us and sold us the motor tried stating he told us "twice" verbally yesterday that we could not return the motor, which he definitely did not do. Debbie is speedy and helpful. As soon as I walked in she said, "I'll be right with you," and promptly emerged from the back of the store. She analyzed my water and told me exactly what was needed, and what I needed to do. She told me and pointed where in the store to find everything. They had everything I needed on hand. The store is well lit and shelves are labelled and priced. The temperature of the store was warm on a cold day. Nice experience. I will be back.

Never will go back to this store again . Cstomwr service is terrible. Blonde lady with accent is rude and mouthy . My husband and I usually go here for our pool supplies. Last time about a week ago, we went in to buy supplies. The brown haired girl with glasses was on the phone at the counter. We were standing there waiting to pay . She never acknowledged our presence and ignored us like we weren’t there . The staff is always very helpful at Leslie's pool supply. I would recommend them highly.
