Sucks when you leave a store that the expert could not help you and had to go to another store I went to the Huntington Beach Leslie’s pool store the lady by the name of Guadalupe was so rude. I felt unwelcome. Had what I needed and friendly advice
No option to take a point. You drop off equipment that you want to see if they can repair(pool vacuum). You are told we will call you tomorrow. You don't hear for 2 days. You call and you are told "You are more than welcome to pick up your staff, we are busy". Employees don't care. Employers don't care either. They should go out of business. I used to go to the Magnolia location. When I entered the store and I asked why the location was closed was told by the employee:"Becasue of bad reviews". Hope those people find out soon... read more
