I'd give more stars to the young man that waited until I got there, after I called to see if they could give me 10 minutes. I first called the Leslie's on Magnolia but the person that answered told me the door closes on the dot and I already felt like a burden. So I changed to Goldenwest and it saved me a day that I would have had to wait, possibly a week due to work. The right choices for the pool
They never answer the phone. I just ordered my stuff on Amazon from now on.
The person working in the shop was not knowledgeable at all. He just wanted to sell me a starter set because he wasn’t aware of what individual chemicals actually are needed and doing. He explained the function of some of the chemicals completely wrong to me. Furthermore, I was the only customer in the store and yet at checkout he thought it was more important to count all the cash in the register rather than actually scanning my items and completing the transaction with me.
