Just walked in here for the first time to get my pool water tested. Guy with a mullet working there immediately is extremely rude to me for no reason accusing me of making some gesture toward him that I absolutely did not make. Literally was just minding my own business. Manager of this place should probably consider not hiring insane people to work here. Never experienced anything like this in my life.
Unfortunately I've tried to schedule someone for 2 weeks to come out and evaluate my under warranty pump that I bought here and I am still waiting on the 24 to 48hr follow up call to actually set the time. I've been to the store 2x, spoken to 3 people and here I still wait. Service dept here is horrible. If my product wasn't under warranty I would never ever use them.
I’m so sorry to have overheard that the long-time manager at this store is retiring. She provides outstanding, cheerful customer service and has a natural warmth and congeniality. The guy that’s subbing from another location clearly does not want to be. I entered the store a few minutes before closing with a water sample. He told me he was closing soon and that I should not come in for that so close to closing…but he’d do the test any way. So kind.
