Just wanted to give a shout out to David. Went into the store yesterday for a part for our pool pump and he was great. Watch him handle a few customer requests before us and took the time to ensure everyone got the attention they needed!
The selection and the customer service are OK. I was looking for pool umbrellas and they weren't able to answer anything past the most basic info I could've recieved online. After buying umbrellas, the bottom are rusted and leaving murky water in the pool. Was hoping for better quality from a somewhat reputable company. A little training, and better products could go a long way!
David is the most hard working employee. He answered every question and helped me the whole time. Definitely will be back because of him. I had a great time shopping at Leslie’s pool supply because of David.
Great for shock and acid for my pool! A little pricy on the equipment and floaters but overall thank you!
