The staff at the Happy Valley/43rd Ave location have been really helpful in taking care of our pool, Chris the manager and Sylvia especially. They both have a friendly demeanor and give clear instructions (written and verbal). Thank you for all of your help, you guys are awesome!
Having issues with this location in trying to track down a part needed. Had ordered a whole filter housing for a spa. Got the new housing delivered and installed. After turning it on, we notinced all the sand washing out into the spa. We thought it was just residual sand left in the lines and so we didnt think much of it. The next day, way more sand. I'm here every few weeks to get my water tested. Everyone here is kind and helpful.
I typically enjoy coming here. The staff has been very attentive. They have had someone new the last few times (DeAndre). I find him incredibly rude. I came in today to have my water tested. Nobody else was in the store. He was terse and wouldn’t even make eye contact when I asked questions. He seemed annoyed when I asked questions and acted like he was too busy to want to take the time to test my water. He was very rushed in his explanation.
