I wanted to praise and than Justin in the Hutchinson store. He has totally won me over as a customer because of his generosity and expertise. My swim spa heater was out and he told me precisely how to get it going again. This advice was invaluable and saved me much time and money and was given freely without hesitation. I was scheduling for a pool closing between noon and 5pm. I received a text at 11:14am stating they would be to home home soon. I scrambled to leave work early, as they were going to be at least 30 minutes early. I actually got home at 11:38am. I cleaned the last few leaves out of the pool while waiting for the tech. During the freeze I lost a housing for my Polaris pump. I went into Leslie's pool supplies on 1488 to get another. I went in to check on it and was met by a complete fry who said something akin to "hey dude, I don't know anything about pool parts maaaaan. If you come in tomorrow the owner will help you dude. he is so smart.....dude, he knows everything". So much for the pool god worship. I never got a call back so I tried to order one on line. The worst customer experience ever. The store manager did not want to answer any of my questions. As soon as he learned I knew nothing about pools his demeanor changed. He was also trying to use a scare tactic to upsell me on equipment. I went to a competing store and got all my questions answered. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Would NOT recommend anyone purchase a custom pool cover from Leslies. I'm a new pool owner and have purchased a lot from Leslies. We purchased a custom pool cover in October with a 4-5 week estimate... it took 8 weeks to be delivered to Leslies and then another 6 weeks to have it installed. Worse, when it was installed, it was cut incorrectly and had multiple holes and snags in it. This review is for the 1-800 number. Customer service was great, the person who assisted me forgot to document my phone number so the tech had no way of contacting me. Okay, these things happen, so I was told I would be contacted to let me know of a new appointment. They took my number and advised to be on the lookout for a call with a 602 area code.
