Horrible, horrible experience!!! This (new) store manager at this Lake Forest, CA location, Joseph is very rude and cocky. Today, my husband and I stopped there to refill 2 cases of muriatic acid (8 containers) and 2 cases refill for liquid chlorine (8 containers). I told Joseph that the other gallon container I last purchased had a leak and the acid spilled. I also said that I had to rinse the container before taking it with me today for refill.
