They seem understaffed. Every time I go in there, it's a long wait. The last time, I walked in there were 4 people standing around while the one person working was on the phone. I ended up just leaving and going to Home Depot, which actually had what I needed 20% cheaper anyway!
Just called for help today with a plumbing issue... apparently I have to wait almost a week for someone to help... I'll find another place to buy parts and supplies...
The leslie pool store that I have used since 2004 is located at power and queen creek roads. Every time I order a new mineral catridge for my pool they always order the wrong part and it takes 1 to 2 weeks to get it right. They never have enough staff (like one to two people) to get help and the people that are there don't communicate with the other employees to let them know when or if your part is coming.
