Helpful staff.
The store is fine - but home service is inferior. Setup an appointment with the tech that was recommended by the store manager. The appointment was set 3 weeks out due to availability. On the day of appointment, no heads-up was given and the wrong tech showed up. After wasting a full day waiting for tech, the only answer I got was, well wait another 3 weeks for the tech you want available, we are not sure why your appointment was changed.
