Helpful staff.
The store is fine - but home service is inferior. Setup an appointment with the tech that was recommended by the store manager. The appointment was set 3 weeks out due to availability. On the day of appointment, no heads-up was given and the wrong tech showed up. After wasting a full day waiting for tech, the only answer I got was, well wait another 3 weeks for the tech you want available, we are not sure why your appointment was changed.
I want to say, he is a wonderful asset to your organization. He goes out of his way to help make shopping there a pleasant experience. Thank you mark for the great service you have given me and my wife at your location. Greatly appreciated! Tommy and Tina Silvers
