Jill, the store manager/supervisor, provided exceptional customer service. She found everything I needed and even located an out-of-stock part at a sister store and got it for me. She truly went above and beyond and saved my day last Friday. An absolute angel! Thank you, Jill, for your dedication and outstanding help.

Went into Leslie's today after work to get chlorine tablets and an O ring for my pool pump lid. The young man was very unhappy we were in there needing help with the O ring. He could not have been more put out with having to help us. From not wanting to answer any questions to slamming the catalog on the counter, it was bad. We will not be back. Trying to support local businesses, but yipes!!!!

I was given a quote over the phone for a new pool heater at around $4000. They said a technician would come by and check compatability but the charge would be deducted. Technician gave me a price of $4789. When I called the store they said they don't give quotes over the phone! I went with Leslie's because of the price she quoted over the phone originally! Now I'll just pay my technician fee and never do business with them again.
