I ised to drive all the way to southington just to get my pool supplies because i had no idea there was one in Bristol. The manager there is so helpful. I believe his name is Tristan, I will definitely be buying all of my supplies from him from now on!
They sold me incorrect filters for my pool. I took my old filter in and they sold me the wrong size. They said it was a different size because it was a different brand. Rather than install the 4 filters I returned them and decided to thoroughly clean the old ones. When I saw I still needed filters, I returned to the store and took the size they had originally sold me. Very knowledge! great customer service. Very easy to deal with. gps is not helpful locating store. you have to look for signs or call for directions.
Every time I go to this location the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a bad back and they always volunteer to load my heavy buckets of pool chemicals into my vehicle.
Stop by to have my pool water tested and a guy name Vince greeted me. He should be called the "Pool Guy"! Tons of great information, and let me know by coming here he could save me money and make my pool life easy. Thanks, Vince.

Calvin the new store manager An Ahwatukee native returning from So. California after moving there at his companies request I recently purchased a Jacuzzi J-CQ420 420 sq. ft. Friendly knowledgeable staff that have taken care of my pool vacuum issue twice now and didn't charge me for the work. Will definitely return for other service and equipment needs.
