Everything I visit the staff is always rude. Also asked for a Military Discount after confirming they offer it, and didn't receive it on my purchase.
They have the rudest employees but the manger Keith is probably the rudest one. Weve been in multiple times and every employee is absolutely rude and speak to you like your a complete idiot. Maybe they need to retrain employees on how to treat customers. Taking our buisness elsewhere and will not ever recommend this place. Great escape will get our buisness.
They are not professional and they are extremely rude, bad customer service. I went there multiple times same service every time. Doesn’t seem like they know what they are doing i purchased over $500 of chemicals for my swimming pool and it’s still is green but went to great pools they found the right chemicals that my pool need this place is trying to make from you. Don’t go to this location I rate this place 0/5
