She promised my friend repairs to a home and minutes prior to closing, disclosed that those repairs would not be done, even though she received a check from insurance for repairs
Keep in mind who you hire for a realtor. First, communication was poor at best. Second, tried to strong arm me for money. Stating a bill needed paid, but had already been paid. Now, this. Do not hire Leslie Williams.
