I love this doctor. She’s smart, kind and encouraging and seems to be looking out for my best interests. She does talk fast and wears a mask, so if you’re hard of hearing like me, best to tell her. Highly recommend her!

Dr West is the absolute worst doctor and neurologist. She has the worst bedside manners and no compassion. I came in to discuss a very uncommon neurological issue that my MD and ENT sent me to get evaluated and she refused to discuss. She has tunnel vision and only wanted to discuss sleep because that's what i had seen her in the past for and ignored the actual reason I was there for (the root cause).
