I love my water machine. We get great tasting clean hot and cold water and best of all no bottles.The service is excellent and we will be ordering a new cooler soon.
While the water is very good, the company has a lot of problems. If everything goes perfectly then you will enjoy your water. If you miss a payment for any reason you will get no notification but you will be put on a service hold and no one will service your equipment or return your calls. I set up an appointment to have my filters change and no one showed up. I rescheduled and no one called or showed up.
