I've had such a horrible experience. Ward is extremely nice and seems to listen but when it comes to medication refill , completely horrible. You can't get anyone to call you back, the pharamy will fax multiple requests over and nothing. So you basically are on medicine for 3 weeks then need refill cold turkey for 2 then back on it, on a repeat cycle. I've never had an experience where the providers office gave such patient neglect.
Truly an amazing doctor.
She had an appointment doing something else as i was in the room and left me for an hr just waiting. Then she came in and brushed off every complication with my scoliosis, saying that she has it just as bad, also told me how bad her week was, never asking me how i was this is the worst doctor ive ever been to.
I’ve been through a lot of doctors in my life and I would tell you she’s one of the best I’ve ever had. I give her 10 stars if I could.
I was very pleased with Dr. Ward. She was very nice and easy to talk. She helped me with all my questions and concerns. I would be back to see here.
