If I could give zero stars to this place, I would. This place used to be considered the best, and that’s why I went here. Over the past year it has been increasingly more difficult to get anyone to respond. They never answer their phones, never call back, and recently use an app for messaging and don’t respond there either. I always have to waste gas to visit in person to get anything done, even for a simple prescription refill. I will officially be taking my business elsewhere.
Everyone here was very friendly and knowledgeable, including the front desk staff, assistants, and the dermatologist. The dermatologist made me feel comfortable and was very thorough in her exam. They also got me in quickly right at my appointment time. Overall a great experience!
Girls were helpful with all the questions I had
