I returned to ramsammy he had a very nice Dr there. But the practice has closed just 1 week ago and ramsammy is doing other things now.
A good and caring Dr.
Although his receptionists can be less than efficient, Dr Ramsammy is one of the best. He takes time to explain results in understandable language- likes to answer questions - When I leave his office I really feel I have consulted with my doctor- not just examined and offered meds.
Attempted to make an appointment for over a week and never got a call back or assistance with setting up an appointment. I was told they would leave a message for him to call me back several times and it never happened. I definitely would not recommend to use. Very bad customer service. After i left this review within 1 hour i received a phone call from the doctor demanding that i lied and should get a refund. Hes more focused on reviews than returning phone calls from paying customers.
