YIKES! Leslie Resnick with 8z Real Estate was a nightmare. We were the seller and she was our agent. She advised listing the house significantly below market value and did not provide comparable listings. We often felt a sense of hostility and defensiveness against us. The experience was unnecessarily stressful. Not recommended.
