Doesn't write down information from visit or what he tells you until 2 days later, then writes down incorrect time frames which are completely different from what he tells you in the office visit. Second visit, he refused to follow through with what he said he would do after the first visit if issue wasn't cleared up. Initially prescribed extremely non-affordable medication which was a complete waste of my money and time.
