Our experience with Leslie has been 5 stars. We have had 2 seperate instances where the service has been awesome. First, we called them out to do electrical work to add a separate outlet for our dryer. Daniel was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained what he was going to do and was upfront with pricing. I liked the experience so much we joined the Family plan program. David came by with his trainee also named David. (Funny coincidence) they came by just for a system check and they practically almost saved me. They discovered there was a minor gas leak. The tech noticed before the winter season to come. I’m am beyond happy with the thoroughness and the attentiveness. I will always recommend Dave to everybody. Both of them are super friendly and super funny. I’d personally invited them to a bbq if the season was still right. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO BOTH DAVES.

All we can say is WOW! Leslie did an absolute fantastic job. Unfortunately, our 41 year old furnace went out at the worst time. Luckily, Jeremy was there for us and came out to go over our options the same day. He was so helpful and stayed with us for hours making sure all our questions were answered and we felt comfortable. He was not pushy and cared about our best interests. Ryan was also very knowledgeable. We had a very good sales rep., Jeremy M. , who was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and spent time explaining the systems and quotes to us. The company was also willing to negotiate on the pricing with us, which was great. Included are before and after pictures of the HVAC system. I called Leslie after I had a wonderful conversation with Brendan the owner at a store in the area. Jim H came out to do an assessment on my current system and was thorough and even ahead of schedule! He texted and called to let me know when he would arrive which was greatly appreciated. I also loved the nice touch of getting a text with Jim's photo and bio so I knew who would be ringing my doorbell. Jim has made a customer for life and I can't recommend them enough!
