Ive been with wonderful therapists for years and she is horrible. She has shady business practices and is not transparent. I was not aware of the amount of cancellation fee which is almost 8x the session fee. My roommate who is a lawyer overheard our conversation and was appalled by how rude she was to me. I’ve seen PhD counselors throughout the years and she is extremely under qualified. She’d rather lose business than waive a 1 time fee. Please avoid at all costs if you want someone compassionate.
