I have had a tough time finding the right provider. Dr. Echols not only listens, but hears you. She is very thorough when giving information and in asking questions while assessing your medical needs and concerns. She knows her stuff, there was no doubt in my mind about that when I left her office.

Leslie has always been direct and professional, and offers treatment/care options when available. As I am both impatient and feel one option isn't an option, this is a great fit for me. They have been timely for the most part as well, with relatively short waits when arriving for an appointment.

Don't waste your time; irresponsible and unprepared doesn't begin to cover it. I've been attempting to get x-rays for 4-months and Echols office has been incapable of sending the e-document that allows radiology to perform the x-rays accurately. 4 months to send 1 e-document. I call, they reassure me it's been sent and to go to radiology, I get to radiology and they tell me it was never sent. I love this healthcare provider. She cares and she knows her stuff. I feel comfortable with her and I have had great healthcare outcomes as a result.
