This is not about the dermatologist, but it is about this office. When I called to make my initial apt, I asked them to double check my insurance, and they assured me they did indeed take it. However, today, I drove all the way here, only to be told they DO NOT take it. No call, no email. They wasted my time on my only day off.
What a well run practice. I signed in and was called in almost immediately. Dr Capin came in and wasted no time in addressing the problem I was worried about. She is so open to questions and wants you to feel comfortable with your visit.
Very comfortable feeling while being professional.
Dr. Capin is fantastic! Saved my life!
