This is not about the dermatologist, but it is about this office. When I called to make my initial apt, I asked them to double check my insurance, and they assured me they did indeed take it. However, today, I drove all the way here, only to be told they DO NOT take it. No call, no email. They wasted my time on my only day off.

Dr. Capin and her staff are friendly, professional, and highly efficient which makes a visit to her office a whole lot nicer and less stressful!
