Made a mistake buying sight unseen. Ad said "rust free frame and body, interior new, extra parts". Frame was totally rusted out and essentially broke at the rear leaf spring. Interior was mildew covered and smelly. No extra parts were provided. I know I should have had it inspected, but you cannot lie either. Title is also in issue. Taking legal action now. Brought a car from him a Chrysler 300, I didnt even negotiate the price with him, I liked the car and paid what he was asking. Car squeaked he said it just need WD40 which he sprayed on and said to let it work it's way in to the suspension. Four days later the under carriage just dropped on the way home.
