Edit following their reply: I was never sent a move in inspection form. Had I been, my original complaints should have been suggested to be held in that document. You claim that "we keep very good email records" but you conveniently couldn't find those emails I mentioned until I forwarded them to you. You have everything to gain from withholding my deposit, the penny you mention would go into the cost of repair, which you are trying to make a tenant pay for rather than pay it yourself. Don't lie. We had a great experience renting from Leslie & Associates. Their prices are fair for the area. Concerns or maintenance requests were always addressed quickly. All the staff was super nice and they were very flexible when we ended up having to stay a couple extra months due to the Hurricane. Also received my full security deposit back no problem.
