Love love my apartment and area! Amazing price range and very quiet neighborhood! Very big and spacious for the one bed room I’m renting now! A few issues with a little water entering my apartment that are in the works of being looked at but other than that it’s great!
I have had nothing but a great experience working with Leslie and Associates. It is a family run business that takes the time to care about each of their tenants, which they certainly don’t have to do. Cannot recommend them enough and appreciate having them in the community.
Hearing multiple stories and seeing actual Proof of footage that the crews were unaware of. Maintenance has no issues raiding panty drawers raiding your food cabinets , using your toilet paper leaving their nasty greasy finger prints all over your new rolls tp. Then you contact the service women Angela she will tell you the 100s of dollars you lost in whatever it maybe is your problem even though her maintenance crew caused the losses. Everyone here is rude and I would advise finding somewhere else to live !!!!!!!!!!!!
Heads up – This place isn’t renter-friendly if you’re new to the rental world or just getting started I was really interested in this one apartment and even confirmed that my pet could live there. Unfortunately, my application was denied because they require two years of previous rental history, and I only have one. As a young adult just out of college, I find this policy extremely unfair. I lived there. For 3 years. The only good thing I can say. I was close to my family and they do a somewhat good job of keeping it together. Other than that they rent to anyone who’s employed or out of state
