L&A offers slum housing. Not spending money and making your life miserable is their business model. When I moved in, I was not given a key to my front door or the mailbox. I was told that they “are not responsible for providing keys.” Eventually, they had a key made but did not change the locks. The roof leaked and water came through the ceiling into my apartment. BAD ENERGY: I had quite the negative experience with this landlord, I strongly suggest that you avoid doing any business with these people. Very dishonest unscrupulous, untrustworthy, underhanded, double-dealing and deceitful. Besides that, the housing was sub-standard, dirty, and falling apart.
Love love my apartment and area! Amazing price range and very quiet neighborhood! Very big and spacious for the one bed room I’m renting now! A few issues with a little water entering my apartment that are in the works of being looked at but other than that it’s great!
I have had nothing but a great experience working with Leslie and Associates. It is a family run business that takes the time to care about each of their tenants, which they certainly don’t have to do. Cannot recommend them enough and appreciate having them in the community.
Hearing multiple stories and seeing actual Proof of footage that the crews were unaware of. Maintenance has no issues raiding panty drawers raiding your food cabinets , using your toilet paper leaving their nasty greasy finger prints all over your new rolls tp. Then you contact the service women Angela she will tell you the 100s of dollars you lost in whatever it maybe is your problem even though her maintenance crew caused the losses. Everyone here is rude and I would advise finding somewhere else to live !!!!!!!!!!!!
