We looked at a Leslie apartment today for our daughter who is considering moving to Asheville. We explained to the Leslie representative that, as our daughter is between jobs, my husband and I would rent the apartment in our names and assume total financial responsibility. We were told that was impossible!?! We were told if our daughter could somehow qualify based on her past income in Cincinnati and pay a couple months rent in advance it wouldn't matter if she was unemployed when she moved to Asheville!!!?
