Taking my dog to the vet has always been a nightmare. We’ve been in Alamo for 6 years and never had a great experience with taking him in. Today, I went to Leslie for the first time and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. For once, he wasn’t treated like a vicious dog. I love this vet. I have been to many prior to here but these people make you feel like family. Courtney is the best tech ever! When our dog Riley passed away she called to check up on us and see how we were doing. All around awesome caring people.
They are very rude. I asked if they could provide a discount for multiple puppys as they spend the same time on all of them as just one dog. They flat out refused me service told me that I could not schedule an appointment and to go elsewhere. Probally a good decision not to go there.i was very professional with them and have been active duty military for several years no reason. For them to do this.
My review of this place is on Yelp and other places as well as my Facebook page. It will be posted to many more places in the next few days. I fully expect the staff at leslie's to circle the band wagon and cover each other's practices which were nothing short of exploitive so I will not bother with my story on the business's own page here. There was one staff member, the young lady who put my dog to sleep, who did show me and my dog compassion. The rest acted like absolute snakes.
Staff could not tell if my adult cat fom AC is a female or neutered male. They got him into surgery for a spay. But it was a neutered male! No sing of being embarrassed!
We have been going to Dr Leslie since 1999. They are the most helpful and caring people. Love them.
