It’s a shame that people are leaving reviews for the clinic on Dr. Reid. Both of my daughters see Dr. Reid because she is an outstanding pediatrician—knowledgeable, responsive, kind, personable and great with kids. That has been my experience every time I’ve interacted with her. Additionally, when my youngest was born, she was flagged on the newborn screening and Dr. Reid worked around the clock with her team to make sure we got all of the right testing and we’re connected with the right specialists. Awesome doctor! My 3 daughters see her and she is extremely thorough and answers all of our questions. Plus my daughters feel very comfortable with her. Highly recommend!
My 7 month old son had an appointment made in Nov. 2022 and we had to wait almost 4 months until he was able to be seen, which we were aware. Fast forward to the day of his appt. The receptionist (very rude) called to cancel the appt. Stating they did not accept our insurance. I'm very frustrated with the way things were handled. Had we been told months prior we would have found elsewhere to go!
