Lesley, who I had previously worked with years ago to buy a home, really helped me out recently when my existing realtor (now ex-realtor) left me in a terrible bind with a home I had under contract to sell, due to a massive failure to communicate. I was pretty desperate when I begged Lesley for assistance - I couldn’t sell the home through her because I’m locked into a listing agreement with the ex-realtor, but she found a tenant to rent it in very short order. Lesley was great to work with throughout the entire process of finding and buying as well as listing and selling. Seamless. Very responsive and organized. You can tell she's done this before. What also helped a ton was her ability to point us in the right direction for all the other things that we needed, like contractors, inspections, financing, etc. If you're considering buying or selling a home, I would definitely recommend working with Lesley.
