Went here yesterday to take my sister-in-law to get a ring. The staff was very rude and disrespectful, although this place may be closing due to the owner retiring, its staff needs to learn some decorum when it comes to customer service. My sister-in-law did find a piece that she loved and ended up purchasing it but overall, I would not recommend coming here for the mistreatment we experienced here.
Had watch battery replaced. Very friendly and very clean store.
Had several pieces repaired and they did a great job! Very quick and very high quality work, excellent customer service.
