Alex is absolutely gorgeous and so helpful with her jewellery knowledge. She’s approachable, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to guide you. I truly appreciated her expertise and kindness. Highly recommend coming to see her if you need an engagement ring, birthday present or a treat yourself piece.
In a world at the moment where it feels like very few people go above and beyond, I was so happy to meet and experience Sandra & her team. I went in to ask a question about my grandmothers watch and I left with cleaned rings, recommendations, ideas and a grateful heart. I didn't give them a sale today and they weren't looking for one they genuinely were happy to give advice and to clean my rings. I feel this business should be supported and celebrated for their customer service and kindness. Thank you Sandra!
I bought a bracelet which I had a problem with and it was replaced no charge & sent back to me in NZ. There was good communication throughout the process, I will definitely go back next time I'm in Australia & recommend the store to my friends 🧡
