I am in the USA and visited Australia before where I learned about the Argyle pink diamond and followed retailers until I was ready to purchase my own. I stumbled upon Leskes Jewellers online and asked during a sale for pink diamonds. I gave her my budget in USD, and it was a tough a bit because we had to deal with conversions so we are on the same page. This was totally expected. Alex is absolutely gorgeous and so helpful with her jewellery knowledge. She’s approachable, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to guide you. I truly appreciated her expertise and kindness. Highly recommend coming to see her if you need an engagement ring, birthday present or a treat yourself piece.

In a world at the moment where it feels like very few people go above and beyond, I was so happy to meet and experience Sandra & her team. I went in to ask a question about my grandmothers watch and I left with cleaned rings, recommendations, ideas and a grateful heart. I didn't give them a sale today and they weren't looking for one they genuinely were happy to give advice and to clean my rings. I feel this business should be supported and celebrated for their customer service and kindness. Thank you Sandra!

I bought a bracelet which I had a problem with and it was replaced no charge & sent back to me in NZ. There was good communication throughout the process, I will definitely go back next time I'm in Australia & recommend the store to my friends 🧡
