I hired John for an HRO case against my neighbors and due to poor quality work I’m going back to court just weeks after court. Waste of money, time, stress, and my safety. I do not recommend John.
I hired John for an HRO case against my new neighbors of 5 months. I had a strong case with over 400 exhibits of proof of multiple forms of harassment, including but not limited to videotaping into the windows of my house (a gross misdemeanor), trespassing and destroying my no trespass sign (a gross misdemeanor), as well as blocking an easement driveway we shared for over 4 months to prevent my use. BEST attorney I’ve ever had. John is smart, a strong advocate, dedicated to not only resolving a current problem but he also has the foresight into foreseeing potential future problems so to navigate them at the time you have him hired so you don’t need him again in the future. I felt he served me with the utmost ethical and zealous representation of any lawyer I have ever had. I was able to sit back and trust he had everything handled and that peace of mind was priceless. I am so happy I wish I could give him 10/10 stars.
It’s shocking how many lawyers don’t do their legal research before commenting to clients. We all have access to ChatGPT. This lawyer claimed that the appeals court wouldn’t reverse a conviction despite the fact that every other state within the federal appeals circuit outlaws the practice. For the appeals court to rule for Minnesota means it would be ruling against every one of those other states. Knowledgeable attorneys have already stated that my case needed to be decided by the US Supreme Court.
