5 stars is simply not enough for the exceptional care that Dr. Bret and his team gave our son. Our son has sensory sensitivities and has always been very anxious about going to the dentist. The time that Dr. Bret took to make him feel welcome, safe and comfortable was remarkable. We have never had a dentist that was so patient in providing the time needed to make his experience worry free. He is what every parent hopes for in a pediatric dentist!
Beautiful facility. Intentionally created for children to feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Bret gave exceptional attention and kindness to both my children. Even though we were there for my daughter’s first visit, he gave my son a toothbrush and prize as well. Dr. Bret was playful in his education and explained what he was doing, answering whatever questions we had. He asks for parents preference on treatment and X-rays without judgement. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I cannot recommend this practice enough. Our lactation consultant referred us to Dr. Lesavoy after finding a tongue tie on our son. The office was more than accommodating and stayed after hours to make sure we were seen. Dr. Lesavoy listened to our concerns, got the whole picture of our son and didn’t feel as though a release would be the best option at this time and we came up with a plan together for the future if issues arise. What a wonderful practice! From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with smiles and welcomes. Dr. Bret took the time to make my son feel comfortable. He showed us around, explained how things worked, gave my son an entire overview of teeth cleaning. Consultation was roughly an hour which I was impressed with. We never once felt rushed. We had a wonderful experience at Lesavoy Pediatric Dentistry and can’t recommend Dr. Bret enough! My daughter had a lip and tongue tie, and he helped answer all of my questions and understand how a release could help her. The procedure went smoothly and she fell asleep right after! Dr. Bret called later that evening to check to see how she was doing, which I greatly appreciated. You can see how passionate he is about what he does and that he truly cares about his patients.
