This is an attractive luxury building with excellent amenities, including a pool and gym, but the rent is extremely high and reliable air conditioning should be a basic expectation. I have lived at the Terrasses Francesca building since 2019 and I have no plans to leave. I love my apartment and all the amenities which are available for the tenants. It makes living here enjoyable. We are fortunate to have an Administration Team who understand and cares about the tenants in this building and reinforces the community atmosphere.
