horrible service, long wait times, a handful of rude employee's, overpriced, lack of communication among employee's and somehow my blazer landed at Art Morris to have the starter replaced when I dropped it off for a wheel bearing replacement that was never fixed.. 🤦♂️🤦♂️ add a starter to the mix... thank you shwabs...

Would not recommend this location. Les Schwab has been our go-to place for tires for over 20 years. Love the Maple Valley location and now the Ashland, Oregon location. But on a recent road trip we had a blow out and pulled into Battle Ground. the girl at the desk told us, 'no problem, will get you right in' Almost two hours later we were still asking when. Don't tell us you can help us when you can't. We had other options besides being lied to. Should have had the option to wait or go elsewhere. totally bummed and will not ... read more
Horrible customer service. I personally don't do business with them. I'm here because I'm Having to wait for my customers tire and wheel. because of them lying about when it will be ready has cost me three hours so far. This Solidifies the reason why I do not and will not do business with les schwab tires.
