RecommendedDreading the lengthy visit, as I know they are always so busy and there’s always long wait times. I plunged forward anyways. When pulling up, I noticed they had put a dinger (making a doorbell noise as you drive over) at the driveway. Trying to expedite the process for us. After spending my morning here, I left with a smile. Not a person I interacted with didn’t brighten my day in someway. Awesome atmosphere and people, nice to see people who still care, Thanks Estacada!!!
I came to them needing 2 new tires, because each had a bubble, during this "pre-snow" snowtire maddness. Went home and next day saw one tire hadnt been replaced. Mistakes happen, and they've been so busy I could understand why. Tracie took care if it though and sent out Steve to fix the situation. Steve was great, got me all set even with it being Christmas Eve! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work and customer service. You are one of the top stores in my opinion.
Great customer service. I was able to walk in first thing in the morning to get my tires rotated. We are a loyal Led Schwab family and will always go to the Estacada location due to the excellent service and happy staff!

I am on a limited income and they've always been willing to go out of their way to work with me for payment. I think that's very nice.
