I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. We own a brand new Tesla, 2,500 miles on it. Got a screw in the left rear tire. Typically we use the Les Schwab Store in Rocklin or Marysville. This time we took our new car to the Auburn store. Dealt with Davis S, who informed my husband that the tire COULD NOT be fixed and we needed to replace ALL 4 tires. Yesterday I was with a friend in her van, and a 1 yr old, slow leak tire (NOT from LS!!) went totally flat!!! We pulled into LS, and got the best service possible from DAVID and crew!!! They spent 2+ hours solving the problem, with NO hard sell to us!!! A huge shout out to these guys for excellent service!!! And thank you for the rocking chairs to enjoy while we waited!!
I would give negative stars if possible. Be aware of what you sign because they lie! And corporate headquarters doesnt care either.
