As a multiple decade client I no longer trust the Auburn location. A 5000 dollar front end service brought me to yelling to get things corrected . Never returned phone calls, told they don’t have time ! So , I’d go stand in line again and again,

Got flats Tire on freeway, got towed the clerk dealt with tiow truck operator. We had talked on phone had my tires in stock and walked me through the process all the way. Tire operator was very professional
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. BEWARE! My daughter, who was 18 at the time, went into this Les Schwab location in June 2025 for a simple tire service and was sold a FULL brake job, including pads, rotors, and all four calipers — at around 40,000 miles, despite having no prior brake issues. We strongly feel she was taken advantage of due to her age and lack of experience, and trusted the recommendations she was given. Great friendly service! I have been here three times for tires/service. I have bought tires for my boat trailer, which I brought the trailer in with the boat still on the trailer, had an inner tire repaired on a rear dually on our RV and this last time they repaired a nail in the front tire of our car. Every time I have been pleased with the professional, outstanding service. I highly recommend Les Schwab of Auburn.
