I've been going here for years and have always been happy with the service but, not anymore. I got two tires here a couple of months ago and it took 4 1/2 hours with an appointment. I thought that they might just have been having a bad day. Today I went back for a tire pressure check again, with an appointment. This time I waited 20 minutes in line and finally just gave up. I recently had the absolute worst experience at the Les Schwab Tire Center. I got there at 9 am opening time. and all I needed was a quick patch or spare change to get us on our way. something that should have taken just a few minutes. The staff, including the manager on duty, were incredibly rude and dismissive. They took one look at my situation and flat-out refused to help, claiming they were “apt only” and didn’t want to bother to get moving quickly. Always ridiculously busy and appointment doesn't seem to matter much. Bought brand new tires for both vehicles with a high mileage rating so we didn't have to worry about it but after half the mileage they said we didn't rotate them enough and voided warranty. Will never pay retail for tires again.
This specific location has always let me down for the two years I’ve been coming here. They were great with my tires until it was time for ANYTHING else. Got my pre-trip safety inspection yesterday and they said everything was perfect, come to find out today a different mechanic showed me multiple things with my brakes that Les Schwab missed YESTERDAY! This has happened too many times, never coming back again.
