I got a flat tire behind Home Depot, less than a quarter mile from Les Schwab. I just needed enough air to get there so they could fix the flat, which I was willing to pay for. Instead, they told me it would cost $139 just to give me air so I could drive to their shop. I’ve used Les Schwab for years — for my family’s vehicles and multiple businesses — but after this experience, not anymore. It’s disappointing to see a company I trusted put profit before basic customer service.
I can’t say enough good things about this location. The team was professional, quick, and incredibly respectful. They went above and beyond to help me in a really difficult situation, and I’ll be a loyal customer for life.
I've been going here for years and have always been happy with the service but, not anymore. I got two tires here a couple of months ago and it took 4 1/2 hours with an appointment. I thought that they might just have been having a bad day. Today I went back for a tire pressure check again, with an appointment. This time I waited 20 minutes in line and finally just gave up. I recently had the absolute worst experience at the Les Schwab Tire Center. I got there at 9 am opening time. and all I needed was a quick patch or spare change to get us on our way. something that should have taken just a few minutes. The staff, including the manager on duty, were incredibly rude and dismissive. They took one look at my situation and flat-out refused to help, claiming they were “apt only” and didn’t want to bother to get moving quickly. Always ridiculously busy and appointment doesn't seem to matter much. Bought brand new tires for both vehicles with a high mileage rating so we didn't have to worry about it but after half the mileage they said we didn't rotate them enough and voided warranty. Will never pay retail for tires again.
