Waited in line for 5 minutes while the counter person conversed with a co-worker. Once she was done, she opted to answer a call that had just come in seconds before my turn at the counter instead of serving me. I waited another 10 minutes while she assisted the phone customer while I waited in store. She never looked at me, attempted to locate another employee to assist me nor did she even break stride with the customer on the phone. outstanding service. I have been taking the car to the Puyallup Les Schwab for seven years. Tire rotations are free. They have replaced brakes,tires, front end work, shocks and a wheel bearing. All very well done and many guarantees.

My wife has been sitting at this location for nearly 90 minutes just to have someone check a low tire sensor on her car. 90 minutes for a 5 minute job. Worst service ever from a Les Schwab....

Got the alignment done on my ‘71 Rally Nova. Goes down the road straight now. Also noticed some worn parts under the front to get replaced. The technician did a great job and was very careful around the car while working on it.
a screw got my tire, but it was patchable and I am back on the road!!
Quick for having to walk in. Got a flat on my way to work and even with appointments ahead of me, I was out within an hour. Free of charge. 🙂
