Got a free flat repair and rotation. Few tire stores offer such Customer Service. They are the gold standard, best car/tire care and follow up.

I came in because the tire light was on in car,checked tire and found screw in it. Was there just a short time. Everyone was so friendly and the popcorn was good
Went in with a weird noise in my truck they took it back within 10 min even though they couldn't find the problem they were all very nice an considerat I'd recommend them again

My niece brought her car in before 1pm today to get snow tires put on. She was told it would be ready about 3. I went into town to pick her up and we did some shopping instead of driving her home and then back to town again. I dropped her off at 3:45 and didn't wait to see if her car was ready. They hadn't even begun to work on her car and said there were still 2 customers ahead of her!! I'll never recommend or use this branch again 😡

Always great to work with on my cars, but the best part is their way of giving back to the community. I was at an event for "Make A Wish" and won the silent auction for the Gonzaga Tickets. Not only did they give me those tickets, but they personally brought extra tickets to my office for multiple Spokane Chiefs games. This was not part of the auction, it was just them being rad... Thanks Les Schwab - Stand up company.
They had AMAZING service!!! Explained the quality and brand of tires they had on sale. I couldn't ask for a better place to get tires. Thank You Les Schwab!!
