I have done business for YEARS with Les Schwab Tires in St Johns. I have had breaks done on the front several times and rear brakes done, new rotors the last time around, and front end work done. I have bought tires a couple of times also. We have had work and tires done on the other cars in the family also. I am actually paying for work on a credit plan right to this day. Not the best service that I have had from a les schwab. I had to walk over there about a half mile during the snow flury we had because I couldn't get my car out the drive way. I get there, the lady gets my chains that I pay $89 for even though the outside of the bag is all beat up and I asked her if she was sure it was new and she said yes of course. Service is in-consistent; tires generally good service. Front end alignment is a gamble at best. I have been a customer since 1992 for tires mostly however I have tried their front-end alignment service and that is when it is a gamble. Out of 4 times, 3 I have had poor service, only once was the service performed reasonable. Take your chance and be prepared for anything but mostly frustration, waste of time and waste of money. Wow, Wilsonville is the best! I ran over a bolt, took it into the dealership where I worked and they told me it could not be repaired. I could not afford even one new tire, so I was looking for a used one. That was the reason I stopped at Les in Wilsonville. The rep looked at my tire, repaired it and I was on my way. God Bless this man! I have always bought tires from Les Schwab and will continue, they are the best!

I made an appointment for 10am for an alignment and they booked someone else for that time. They wasted my time and never apologized. I will never go back there again!!!

I would not recommend this business to any friend. I contacted the store and made an appointment for an alignment and tire swap. I provided all the information about my vehicle and the tires being swapped. Upon arrival, the store did not have my alignment appointment and the timeslot had been given to another customer. I was frustrated that they lost my appointment, but needed to get the tires swapped so told them I would reschedule the alignment for another time and to proceed with taking care of the tires. I was a little leery going into the shop. A previous experience made me very nervous about the competence of Les Schwab employees. HOWEVER, this shop brought my confidence in Les Schwab back! They were friendly, very professional, while showing great respect and teamwork. (I was able to observe how they worked with each other because I had to wait for a part to be replaced that take's awhile). West Valley Les Schwab charges double what Big O charges for Mount/Balance- They won't see another nickle from me.
