Friendly, efficient staff. Did not charge for replacement of flat tire (had a nail in it) because I had purchased the tire from Les Schwab
They did my tie-rods on my RV last week. I could have gotten the work done elsewhere for much less, but Les Schwab's customer service and quality of work convinced me to go with them. There are also not a lot of places that can work on larger vehicles in Portland, and these guys have earned a good reputation.
Best customer service in the game! 10/10 would come back here!
