Well they dropped the ball with me. I had an issue with a vibration driving over 60 mph and they kept trying to force balance the tires over and over again. On four different occasions ……they didn’t open up the tire and look inside. The noise cancellation foam that was in the tire had come off on all four tires. For some reason they replaced one of the tires, but they didn’t check the rest of them, I messed around with this for to long. Come on guys you can do better.
The advisor at this is exceptional, his bame is Troy. Very thorough and professional. Answer all the questions deemed at tires. I highly recommend this establishment if you're needs tires and good advice.
Service is fast and friendly. They will for sure want to push and sell services so know what you want before going.
Went in for low pressure tires on a two year old car with less than 25k miles. They told me that the car wasn’t safe to drive and they needed done immediately. I was almost in tears trying to figure out how to pay for my safety. Quoted 2k - found out the tires have a warranty. How does a tire specialist not even mention this? Make a sale over service. I have a 2018 Pick-Up, and I had one TPMS sensor that went bad, so I decided to replace all four. Being an eight-year-old vehicle, it was not cost effective to replace just one sensor. This process was not cheap, but I feel the price was fair. I will note that it was easier to remove the old sensors & install new sensors than I thought, but they still needed to remove the tires/rims and remove/replace the sensors with a special tool and then remount the tires/rims.
