Had an issue 40 mins before close, Landon and his team diagnosed the problem as a bolt in front left tire, removed it and got me on my way. I have used this Les Schwab for as long as I can remember, at least for 4 different cars over the years. I've never encountered an employee that wasnt customer first. Thank you for your great service to our community!
Was treated like family here. Appreciated the time staff took to explain the pros and cons of winter tire options. No one tried to oversell, and I felt educated enough to make the right choice for my family.
I went here a couple weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed! I brought my poor car in needing tires and I went in and talked with a young man named JT who was very sweet! He walked me through the tire options available, and had very impressive knowledge of the details in the tread design and why certain ones performed better , I was very appreciative of how much he wanted to ensure I did not feel pressured into a decision or a certain option, we went with the all weather option since it seemed to suit our northwestern weathe... read more
Lost two days of work because I trusted them when I was told they would call when the tire came in and was mounted. Came in Monday morning at 8:20 with a flat that I had changed to the donut. At around 10:00 I was told the tire had to be ordered and would be in around 1 or 2, and they would call me, with the possibility that if it didn’t come in, it would be Tuesday first thing.
