Unprofessional. This place has managed to not once but twice turn a tire rotation into a multi day excursion by snapping studs and blaming it on soft metal. 1. No other shop has ever encountered this while working on the vehicles tires before I started coming here 2. The part that was needed was not ordered over the multi day period I had to remind them. 3. Bought a set of 4 new, premium SUV tires from these folks. Worked with the store Manager - Victor. He readily beat my quoted prices from other local providers. They were a little slow getting the tires installed but Victor "made the grade" with an additional price discount for the wait time. Great prices, good service and an unbeatable tire warranty. I've worked with Schwab in other locations as well. They always do a great job. No hesitation to recommend them for tire services.
We stopped in just before closing in a rental vehicle where one of the plastic under carriage shields had dropped down. They pulled it right in and had it repaired and us back on the road in less than 10 minutes! And then they wouldn't charge us ! Great customer service and attitude!
No professionalism, several major problems with work done. Excessive waits to be helped, when no other customers were around. It appears at least 2 employees had no clue what they were doing. I Won't ever go back.
I recently purchased a 2024 Tesla Model S and needed to transition from the winter tires it came with to a summer or all-season option. After some research I decided on the Hankook Ion as the right tire, and found that Les Schwab carried them. My only hesitation was that I had nowhere to store my nearly brand-new winter tires.
