Today I had an appointment to change rear brake pads and they wanted me to agree to an additional charge to work on or replace the rotors. Since the pads are not depleted I told them not to touch the rotors. If they would not agree I would cancel the pad replacement. They said ok so I left. I have been there several times in the last year and they keep telling me I have adequate pad left but after 57,000 miles since last replacement by someone else I wanted full pads for mountain driving. SCAM ALERT!! I had a blow out on the front driver side, had it towed to Les Schwab in GJ. I have had great service at their location in Denver for the past 5+yrs, so no question this branch had to offer the same level of service right? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Dalton called me as soon as my car arrived, first he started with “you need 4 new tires” then an hour later he called again “all of your rims are cracked, you need new rims and tires” that’s when I began to question where I took my vehicle. Kayden did my Free brake check and was very friendly, thorough, annd honest. He quoted me only what I needed and showed me exactly what he found. He even went above and beyond and cleaned them until they are due to be replaced! Very good pricing, they earned a new customer for sure 🤙

stopped by as a drive-in without appointment because our rental RV had pressure loss in one tire. They were able to help us right away and the tire was fixed and we were good to go within one hour free of charge. Very helpful, thanks a lot.
